Whats GNU? A trademark infringement?

Was minding my business walking the aisles of Toys R US trying hard to decide what would engross a toddler most, when I chanced upon a game that was both very familiar and shocking at the same time....







































Compare that with the iconic mascot for the free software world and the its obvious question, and the first thought that comes to mind is trademark infringement!


































Now I do not know if the game creators at Thinkfun have a licensing agreement with the GNU organization? But it would be hard for a geek to rewire "GNU's not Unix" to "The three-letter-word race game that spells FUN!".
